The social cognitive theory is a somewhat nebulous theory by Albert Bandura. The theory consists of 3 main parts: personal factors, behavior, and environmental factors.

Some people might take some solace in the fact that most of us are not able to unlock part of that last 90% of our brain to use.

“I have family members who have to be careful, so they may be at risk of being detained. It is unbelievable to know that this is a problem now that is affecting families, with the risk that they may never come home.”

Today the myth I want to address is that the brain stops growing or changing past the age of 25.

However, as individuals, the diversity of society makes us envious to develop an identity that is suitable for ourselves and a culture.
